Robert spent years working odd jobs and jumping from continent to continent in search of adventure. Over the years, around the world, these jobs always seemed to involve managing large groups of people, from diverse backgrounds, in challenging situations. Running safaris in Zambia, managing rescued wildlife in Bolivia, putting together surf expeditions and sailing the seas of Southeast Asia. All of this constant chaos left a mark and led a few mad people to believe he might be useful on commercial sets. They were right and now he spends his days managing large groups of diverse people on set, bringing innovative ideas and concepts to fruition in adverse and challenging conditions.
